The combined safety and sound absorber nozzle prevents risks and dangers when using the compressed air source of energy, especially with direct contact to skin...The working conditions are drastically improved through a noticeable noise reduction down to 74 dB (A). Conventional air nozzles lie above a value of 90 dB (A) at 6 bar. The human ear already feels a half of the noise level when this is reduced from 8 dB (A).
However, the full cone nozzle provides an excelent and concentrical blowing affect with a maximum effectiveness through its operating principle. The blowing force that is generated in doing so amounts to the 2.5 fold of a classical one-hole air nozzle. Therefore, the two piece “Blowstar air nozzle” is especially recommended for compressed air guns and also for nozzles in industrial processes.
